The Company has 35 subsidiaries as of the 31st March 2021. The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has disbanded the cable car project at Patnitop and the special purpose vehicle (SPV) namely, Patnitop Ropeway & Resorts Ltd., was closed by the decision of the court by an order on 12th November 2021 from NCLT’s Hyderabad wing, through voluntary liquidation process.”
